Job Overview

MA Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Content Writer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-quality content across our digital platforms, assisting with publishing tasks and organizing content materials, and contributing to the company's online presence across websites and social media platforms.

Location: Nhieu Loc Ward (Formerly District 3), Ho Chi Minh City
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

Research, plan and write engaging blog articles, website pages, and content related to global luxury events and hospitality experiences.
Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Optimize content following SEO guidelines and best practices.
Organize content materials and support the Manager with assigned tasks.
Assist the team in publishing and updating content on company's websites and across social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align content with campaigns, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
Stay updated on trends in travel, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle to produce relevant content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
Strong English writing and communication skills (IELTS 6.0+, TOEIC 700+, or other relevant English proficiency certificates are preferred).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in digital marketing, hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle content is an advantage.
