Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Proactively approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and roles to ensure consistent business growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and transparent communication.
Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and expectations through discovery calls with stakeholders.

Revenue Growth and Retention:

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.

Performance Metrics:

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success and services outcomes.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams, to ensure seamless coordination.
Provide client insights to support the service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: At least 1 year in business development, client success, account management, or related roles in the **IT consulting or technology services industry** is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Technology Aptitude and Learning Agility: Strong aptitude for continuous learning about trends in Data, AI or IT services, digital transformation, IT outsourcing, and technology consulting is a key success factor to succeed in this role.
Inter-personal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges proactively.
Result-orientation: Ability to work smart, with high-energy towards achiving agreed KPIs consistently.

Career Growth:

Based on the individual performance and aspirations of incumbent, this role shall grow to Client Partner to Practice Leader role.

What else should you know

Our office location: Changi Business Park, near EXPO MRT and this role is 100% on-site role.

Fresh graduates with education in Computer Science or related field shall be considered.
