Position: Digital Marketing Account Manager (Agency) | Client-Facing Role
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Main responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong client relationships to understand business objectives
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media)
Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, technical) for campaign execution
Liaise with external vendors and partners
Develop marketing strategies, proposals, and campaign roadmaps
Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with client expectations
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirement

Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Good organisational and project management skills
Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
