We are looking for a committed and competent professionalwho can work independently to join us for the following position.

Senior Project Executive (Events& Exhibitions)

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of RFPs and Tenders
Plan and manage overall project scheduling
Work with designers and different teams to understand and deliver on the project goals
Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
Site management and attend or conduct site meetings
Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning and hand over
Maintain quality control and manage sub-contractors and suppliers
Manage project budget & cost control
Identify critical path, foresee potential problems and propose relevant solutions
Understand resource requirements and allocate responsibilities
Administer routine management reporting & updates
Lead a team running multiple projects

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management within Events/Exhibition Industry
Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M&E preferred.
Meticulous, good planning and coordination
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
Being pro-active and receptive to changes

Skills:

Demonstrate leadership capabilities and able to oversee daily execution of a project
Proficient in all Microsoft Office application
Project and cost management
Strong interpersonal, communication and copywriting
Quality control
Conflict- management and problem-solving abilities
Interest in the interior / exhibition industry (Bonus)
Knowledge of PMP and AutoCAD would be useful
