Scope of Work

Develop and own influencer & advocacy strategies with clear rationale on tribe, tier, content angle, and role of influencer within the broader communication ecosystem.
Lead and adapt the entire campaign lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, from influencer identification, vetting, and selection to negotiation, contracting, and continuous optimization under changing client requirements and timelines
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of content creators, talent agencies, and key partners within the Vietnamese market.
Oversee the content development with strong attention to brand safety, regulatory compliance, and category-specific guidelines, particularly in regulated or sensitive categories such as beauty, skincare, or health-related products.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), lead performance analysis, and deliver insightful post-campaign reports to clients, demonstrating campaign value and providing actionable recommendations.
Act as the primary strategic advisor for clients and internal teams on all matters related to influencer partnerships, trends, and best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Ensure all influencer collaborations are fully compliant with legal, ethical, and client-specific guidelines.
Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, new social platforms, and emerging creator talent, and translating these into strategic opportunities for clients.

Skills And Experience

4+ years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or talent management, preferably within an agency environment. At least 1 year as Manager
A strong, existing network of relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies in the Vietnamese market.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven influencer campaigns from start to finish for a variety of brands.
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with at least 1-2 years of experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
Deep understanding of the social media landscape, including platform-specific best practices, emerging trends, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to set KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver insightful reports that demonstrate ROI.
Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail, deadlines, and budget management.
Persuasive and effective communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to inspire both your team and our clients.
