Data Management & Consolidation
Masterdata Management:
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data (customer information, product categories, supplier data,).
Regularly clean, update, and maintain master data to support business activities and analytics.
Transactional Data Management:
Collect and integrate transactional data from multiple systems (ERP-SAP, CRM, OMS, WMS, TMS), including sales, inventory, returns, and daily transactions.
Develop automated processes to ensure a seamless data flow for real-time performance monitoring, including sales, inventory, and returns.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Conduct in-depth analysis of business and operational performance, including revenue, sales effectiveness, customer behavior, product performance, and operating costs.
Develop dashboards and periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or Tableau for data visualization.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and support business decision-making.
Process Automation
Process Optimization: Identify and analyze repetitive tasks to pinpoint opportunities for automation.
Automation Development: Design and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms Google Apps Script, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Automate) to streamline operations.
System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure their reliable and effective operation.

Requirements

12 years of experience in related roles such as Data Analyst, Performance Analyst, or Data Management
Solid foundation in database management and data analysis methodologies.
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets). SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
Experience with or exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (Google Apps Script, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.).
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Bachelors degree or higher in Economics, Data, Information Systems, or related fields.
Expertise in data management, business analysis, and management information systems.
Knowledge in Logistics and Distribution is an advantage.
Attention to detail
Systems thinking and continuous improvement
Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage but not mandatory
Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to leverage low-code/no-code platforms for automation or internal solution development.
