Position : Sales Coordinator/Support (Logistics) - Shenton Way
Location : Shenton Way
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + $100 Monthly Allowances + 7 Days Annual Leave
Duration : 1 Year Contract
Industry : Electronics / Semiconductor

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate & processing of related sales matters preparing DO, sales invoices.
Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates.
Understanding of B2B (corporate sales).
Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

Min 1 year of sales support experience
Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
