About Emakase

Established in April 2022, Emakase is a boutique business consulting house committed to helping Vietnamese businesses at every stage - whether an early-stage startup, a small-to-medium enterprise, or an established company, by offering tailored guidance and professional consultation.

To date, Emakase has been providing investment/fundraising and management consulting services to over 60 clients via 24 projects.

Emakase&aposs team consists of professionals with more than 10 years of experience in various fields. The expertise of the Emakase team covers all the core aspects of a business: Management, Finance, Investment & Fundraising, Human resource, Marketing, etc.

I. Scope of Work

Conduct in-depth market research to identify key industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Analyze and synthesize market insights to prepare comprehensive reports that inform strategic recommendations.
Assist in the analysis of financial reports and data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Support the development of financial models and valuations to provide data-driven project insights.
Gather and interpret comprehensive client information to support financial and market analysis, ensuring the preparation and execution of consulting projects are grounded in solid data.
Support the creation of high-quality reports, presentation slides, and project documentation, with a strong emphasis on presenting financial and market research findings clearly and concisely.
Collaborate with the project team on various project management and administrative tasks to ensure seamless project execution.

III. Requirements:

Ideal candidates are those who are dedicated to a client-first mindset and consistently seek to create value
Strong foundational knowledge in financial analysis and business concepts is essential. You should be comfortable with analyzing financial reports and working with data.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and dedicated mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required, with a focus on advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
A significant interest in market research, financial analysis, investment, and consulting is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese are necessary for preparing clear reports and presentations.
Candidates with an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related quantitative field are preferred.

IV. Employment & Workplace

Employment type: Full-time, or Part-time with a minimum 20 hours/ week.
Workplace: Sala Residential Area, An Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
