Job Description

Job Description:

Support new joiners on their first day (orientation, site tour, computer setup)
Manage end-to-end site tour for new joiners and coordinate with relevant stakeholder in each location
Manage personal data changes and claims for employee insurance, and direct contact with insurance partner for issue resolution
Support uniform distribution for ground operation staff
Be a first point of contact, handling incoming calls for any inquiries and issue resolution
Collect documents from outside and remind relevant teams to pick them up
Support accident cases 7 days a week
Support for other requirements from all employees at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
0-1 years experience in HR & Administration
Attention to detail and good communication skills are required
Able to work successfully in team and in a dynamic environment
Open to flexible working arrangements based on business needs
