Job Description

Job Description:

  • Support new joiners on their first day (orientation, site tour, computer setup)
  • Manage end-to-end site tour for new joiners and coordinate with relevant stakeholder in each location
  • Manage personal data changes and claims for employee insurance, and direct contact with insurance partner for issue resolution
  • Support uniform distribution for ground operation staff
  • Be a first point of contact, handling incoming calls for any inquiries and issue resolution
  • Collect documents from outside and remind relevant teams to pick them up
  • Support accident cases 7 days a week
  • Support for other requirements from all employees at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 0-1 years experience in HR & Administration
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills are required
  • Able to work successfully in team and in a dynamic environment
  • Open to flexible working arrangements based on business needs
