Wedding Sales Manager (Foreign 5 Star Hotel)

Job Description

1. Role:
To play a role as wedding manager with Sales Team to meet budget monthly/quarterly/yearly and maximize banquet business.
2. Main Responsibilities:

  • To fully understand the pricing structure and maximize opportunity during peak and off-peak periods
  • To find clients and consult the most suitable services for client's demand
  • Build up database, sales toolkit, SOP,...
  • To participate in site inspections with potential wedding couple& family
  • To co-operate with other external/ internal department in order to organize the wedding smoothly

3. Requirements:
  • At least 3 - 5 years working as a Sales Manager for 5 Star Hotels. Preferred experience for Banquet and Wedding and have databases
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and high adaptability
