The role we are hiring for

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (DA Blanc - Premium Service) who will take on marketing projects with our VIP, VVIP customers as the main audience. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference to the success of our company according to the trends and requirements of our customers.

This role reports directly to the CEO, Vietnam.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • You will be one of the core team members who will help influence the Company's key decision makers in strategic planning and long-term decision making
  • Manage and develop the Marketing team to deliver the best service experience to customers throughout their lifecycle with DA Blanc
  • Have an unique balance of customer acquisition, branding and data analytics
  • Establish positioning, define target audience and develop a marketing plan to specific customers
  • Direct the execution of end-to-end marketing programs, leverage internal support, and foster partnerships with the company's VIP partners
  • Develop Promotion Programs for strategic customers to improve customer satisfaction & revenue
  • Monitor promotions performance and recommend next steps to management
  • Maintain relationships with media suppliers and publishers to ensure cooperation in advertising activities
  • Organize and supervise advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.


Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Social Media or relevant discipline
  • 4-5 years working experience in marketing/ trade marketing/ digital marketing/ channel development etc
  • Preferred experience: Marketing experience in the luxury product industry with a target audience of high-end customers. Premium / luxury brand orientation
  • Fluent in English. Good oral and written communication, able to convince/influence/manage peers & stakeholders
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practises
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
