About The Team
Our Technology team is the backbone of our business. The team is responsible for building a reliable, scalable and compatible platform for our product and services. Our Engineering team consists of talented and passionate engineers that focus on Full Stack (Back-end & Front-end), Mobile, QA across the regions and work closely with Data, Infrastructure & Security, Product team and with the cross functional team to continuously improve and scale our products forward.
About The Role
We are seeking anIT Support Engineerto join our Infrastructure and Security team, and provide IT support for our teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and manage local IT vendors
  • Support onboarding and offboarding with local People & Culture team
  • Coordinating purchases and managing invoicing and payments in local language
  • Managing stocks, spares and delivery of IT assets
  • Be responsible for device and password management
  • Manage data backup and system operations (e.g. user provisioning, authorization)
  • Manage daily IT operations including incidents, changes and escalations.
  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software on laptops
  • Resolve issues escalated by the local users
  • Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal, security and company guidelines
  • Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses
  • Conduct IT training for awareness of IT systems and for new joiners
  • Strong communication skills - communicating with business stakeholders
  • Be the point of contact with equipment suppliers (Siemens) during periodic maintenance and ad-hoc fixes
  • Be an admin of Flex system to conduct training for all new joiners
  • Be a point of contact to work with Flex when there is an issue with any of Flex connection with each of the machines (lab, ultrasound, Xray, ECG, mammogram)
  • Setup printer, photocopy machines, TVs, laptops and others IT devices
  • Work directly with our clinic manager to do a daily test run on all equipments (all machines, lab, printers, TVs, etc) and fix all issues in the morning before we start welcoming clients.
  • Work with PACS provider to ensure smooth connection to Flex and our machines

Your Skills and Experience
  • Holds a Degree in IT, or other relevant fields
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with communicating in both Vietnamese and English (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of windows operating systems, mac, and VPN client, is essential
  • Basic knowledge of network
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Google workspace, slack, vpn, wifi internet access, networks, printers and scanners
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Hands on experience
  • You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
