The role we are hiring for

We are seeking aBusiness Development Executive who will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

This role reports directly to the Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Take care of the customers (most of the customers are VIP).
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Assist Director and BDM.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, banking or related field.
  • Experience in sales, banking, insurance, customer service and health care fields at least 1-2 years and above.
  • Strong communication skills and good looking.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Have English is an advantage
