Vietnam is home to Intel's largest Assembly Test factory producing over 500M units per year, over half of the total volume in the VF spanning all major product segments.

  • Factory Operations Finance Controller role partners directly with Factory Management to support a diverse organization of nearly 3,000 employees between ATM and the site supporting groups with a total annual spend over 1B USD.

  • This individual will manage a team of 10 including one manager level position as well as one matrix role.

  • The position has responsibility for all financial functions in support of ATM including optimal Capital allocation, driving world class cost strategies, inventory management, and controls.

  • The role reports directly to the Intel Vietnam CFO.


  • The successful candidate should have 10 to 15 years of senior level finance and accounting experience covering a broad array of functions including FPnA, cost, inventory and risk management.

  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strategic influence and problem-solving skills with a track record of strong senior level partnership. In addition, the candidate will possess a high degree of acumen around Intel's manufacturing network, product roadmap and growth initiatives.

  • Excellent collaboration skills are a must, as the person in this role will need to work with both site and regional Virtual Factory network counterparts to drive continuous improvement opportunities.

  • An MBA and/or proven ability to develop and implement business strategy is required.
