As a UX Writing Intern, you'll be part of an award-winning and culturally diverse design team whose mission is to make banking more accessible through human-centered design. You'll work under the guidance of our Senior UX Writer in building a unified content design system for TymeX's multi-country banking platforms.
Working location: HIU Tower, 215 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Internship Period: 4 months
The job
Collaborate with UX writers in crafting content for TymeX's content design style guide
Assist in auditing the product content of TymeX's banking products
Help maintain the team's product content repositories
Help develop the team's localization and translation standards
Requirements
Must-haves
Knowledge of Figma (basic to intermediate)
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
Experience in writing product and/or website content in English and Vietnamese
A writing and editing portfolio (should consist of outputs written in English and Vietnamese)
An understanding of human-centered design principles
Familiarity withand genuine curiosity forbanking and financial products
Nice-to-haves
Experience in conducting content audits and creating brand style guides
Background in IT and mobile app development
Familiarity with how design is delivered in an Agile work environment
