UX/UI Developer

Notice: Only candidates currently based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) will be accepted. This is a full-time remote role for a UX/UI Developer (3+ YOEs) at one of our partner companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Improve and refine the current Joi app experience

- Elevate UI clarity, usability, and emotional engagement

- Create assets for:

- App updates

- Marketing (ads, landing pages, app store visuals)

- Product storytelling (pitch decks, brochures)

- Collaborate closely with developers to implement changes

User Communication & Community Building

- Help manage user communication channels

- Support onboarding and user engagement

- Build positive user relationships and feedback systems

- Contribute to community growth and platform culture

- Assist with announcements, updates, and communication materials

Commercial & Product Content

- Design: product description pages, landing pages, brochures, presentation slides, promotional materials

- Develop visually compelling marketing assets

Video & Media Production

- Edit short-form and promotional videos

- Produce visual content for: social media, product launches, demonstrations, exhibitions, investor and promotional materials

- Help communicate the JOI vision through visual storytelling

- Work with AI-assisted tools for: avatar creation, concept generation, image/video enhancement, creative workflows

- Help develop visual identity systems for future virtual/avatar experiences

Qualifications

- Strong modern UI/UX sense (mobile-first)

- Fluent in Korean and English

- Skilled with design + general tools (Figma, PPT, web/app assets)

- Ability to contribute to both product and marketing design

- You improve user understanding and engagement, not just visuals

- You think in terms of impact and conversion

- You proactively suggest improvements

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary up to 26M

- As required by Vietnamese labor law, full social insurance coverage applies for contracts of 1 month or longer
