2. Overview

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven User Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns to drive scalable growth for our mobile games globally.

You will work closely with product, creative, and design teams to develop effective growth strategies and ensure our campaigns deliver strong business results

3. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other ad networks.
  • Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimize performance towards KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and improve UA efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
  • Collaborate closely with product and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives tailored for different markets.
  • Implement and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to drive organic installs and improve store visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new UA channels to identify scaling opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

4. Requirements

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing for mobile apps or mobile games.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, retention, ARPU, and LTV.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Good command of English for working with international partners and platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ASO, or mobile attribution/analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Firebase.
  • Passion for mobile games, especially puzzle or casual genres.
