Translator & Client Support (Russian - Vietnamese - English)

Location: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City (Onsite)

Type: Full-time

Working Hour: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Salary Range: 9M -12M/ month

We are looking for a proactive Vietnamese fluent in Russian (speaking, reading, and writing) to join our team. The main focus of this role is to translate materials and communicate with Russian-speaking clients via chat. This is a full-time position based in Ho Chi Minh City, offering a friendly work environment and opportunities for growth.

• Translate documents, messages, and materials between Russian, English and Vietnamese.
• Communicate with Russian-speaking clients via chat in a professional manner.
• Support internal teams with Russian-related communication tasks as needed.
• Assist with other translation or language-related tasks.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Fluent in Russian & Vietnamese, good English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
• Previous experience in translation or client communication is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
