Purpose of position
This role is responsible for managing, coordinating, and providing support on the delivery of the training forward program of both public and in-house training events to budget.
The Training Administration Intern is expected to fulfill the following:

  • Manage inbound leads from the Training Business team to develop a solid pipeline for the sales team
  • Manage the Training Business inbox and phone line responding to enquiries within the agreed time-frame
  • Understand the Training Business process to assist and to proactively seek new business opportunities as requested
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls including calendar booking and agenda.
  • Operate the administrative systems and procedures required to support the training business to ensure that the department runs efficiently and delivers to BSI's standard of customer excellence
  • Assist in planning and booking of training sessions with both clients and tutors
  • Responsible for the logistics preparation of training sessions
  • Assist in the customer care, follow-up on feedback from tutors and clients, collection and gathering of training evaluation results (customer feedbacks), and the identification of gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Provide general admin, clerical, operational, technical, or supervisory support

Requirements for the position are as follows:
  • Candidate must be a student of Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent requiring internship hours.
  • Required language(s):English
  • No work experience is required.
  • Preferred Skill(s): MS applications, CRM application, Video conferencing tools, Adobe photoshop
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of ISO Management Systems is a plus
  • Work-from-Home arrangement (Manila-based)
