5.Job Responsibility
  1. Defines rewards strategy together with business and applies the rewards processes.
  2. Analyze and evaluate internal data about the organization's current employee population and future HR needs along with external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts.
  3. Ensure competitiveness by reviewing relevant market data and designing winning total rewards packages.
  4. Researches and introduces Rewards developments based on Rewards market trends and Local legislation.
  5. Leads and partners with HR teams to ensure seamless execution of rewards program changes.
  6. Provides technical analysis and expertise on rewards programs e.g.: Performance Evaluations, Incentive Programs (Annual, Sales, Manufacturing), Benefits programs, etc.
  7. Managing compensation programs, including job evaluation and grading structure, market pricing, survey participation, pay equity review and other compliance reporting, and annual pay and bonus review and delivery processes.
  8. Overseeing and ensuring effective administration of compensation & benefits and well-being which includes timely and accurate reconciliation and remittance of required payments, assistance to plan members in addressing any questions and concerns, ongoing monitoring of plan utilization and performance, and annual renewal and budgeting.
  9. All other duties as required by the line manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, BA, or above.
  • Strong Total Rewards (C&B) background
  • 5-7 years general HR experience in the big companies required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively to problem solve and to effectively communicate possible solutions and improvements to programs, processes and initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills within the department, across departments and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-service attitude
  • Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow.
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).

7. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, especially FMCG

8. Salary
VND 22 mil - 30 mil per month
Bonus: Once a year (February)
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), National holidays, New Year holidays
Paid leave: 12 days per year
