Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and responsible for daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, annually team performance
Ensure team member achieve hourly, daily set targets (main & sub KPIs)
Motivate the team to achieve sales target
Training providing sufficient support to team member to delivery expected performance
Support the team member to handle difficult cases/calls
Reporting team performance and daily operation and support needed
Gather feedback from team members on customer's feedback on products, gift, concern on
products, campaigns
Other tasks assigned by OM

Job Requirements:
College or university graduation
At least 1 year experience in the same position of telemarketing team leader/supervisor, tele
sales team leader/supervisor
Experience to manage tele sales team from at least 10 agents.
Experience in Nutrition is an advantage
Good at team and people management skill
Planning, analysis and reporting skills
Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, honest
