The day-to-day activities:

  • Managing organizational acquisition for GrabFood by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned acquisition goals, including no. of new merchants and their revenue.

  • Working with our CRM team & Managing Inbound sales team to run and optimize our acquisition efforts.

  • Setting individual acquisition targets & tracking acquisition goals and reporting results as necessary.

  • Process optimization for the whole GF acquisition team, not only Inbound team

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the acquisition team.

  • Developing your acquisition team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field.

  • 5+ Experience managing and directing an acquisition team.

  • 3+ Experience in planning and implementing acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of cloud-based CRM software (Salesforce etc).

  • Experience in dealing with and supporting senior level management

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to direct and supervise

  • Strong analytical and planning skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills
