The Technical Project Manager - Digital Banking at Trusting Social is responsible for managing the team's capacity as they contribute to ensuring that delivery requirements, timelines, dependencies and risks are clearly communicated to all stakeholders internal & Partners. This position works closely with Business owners, Product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance across internal & partners. The role acts as a single point of contact for the business team and generates deep relationships with partnerships/consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage understanding of the business and products to define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
  • Develop detailed business requirements and user stories to create the right tools and features to support our business
  • Define and manage a well-defined project management process and improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management
  • Support the Business Director in managing the Client's expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet both strategic business and technical goals

Requirements


  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in Fintech businesses
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capacity to develop original ideas, approaches, and automated solutions to difficult situations or problems
  • Experience using problem-solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members internal & partners
  • Analytical, computer, math, and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and explain the software
  • Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track & finish projects successfully
  • Technical Project Managers coordinate teams and help solve technical problems
