What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for demand research, proposing solutions, collecting, analyzing, sorting out and keeping track of demands;
- Assisted the product managers and executives to control the overall scope of project requirements;
- Sorted out business function flow chart and designed system function according to user requirements;
- Responsible for the preparation of business analysis documents, requirements specifications functional specifications and sales & marketing assets;
- Able to explain requirements to architecture, development, testing and UX designers to ensure that requirements are correctly understood;
- Work with Engineering and UX Designing team to develop and assure the quality before releasing;
- Work with Pre-sales team to run demo sessions when requested;
- Liaise with Regional Tech & Product teams to address technical questions/concerns from prospective clients;
What We Need From You
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in IT, computer science, software engineering is required;
- 3+ years relevant Software Product Management experience, ideally cyber security, multi-product/system solutions;
- Success influencing and leading engineering and design teams as well as partnering with cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of consistent growth.
- Have a business mindset and positive thinking; be self-driven, agile and get things done focused;
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
- Experience in Product Marketing and Content Writing is a big plus
