Tech Operations Team Lead (App & Mobile) - Sea Labs

Job Description:

As the App Operation Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of App Operations Specialists who are responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's mobile applications. You will work closely with the App Development team to ensure that the applications are running efficiently, and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team is meeting its goals and objectives and that all stakeholders are informed of the team's progress.

• Impact analysis for changes from external platforms, and partner software development kits.
• Responsible for the app stability workflow, monitoring and evaluating important metrics.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Optimise the efficiency of the current processes across the mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage operational and technical queries, knowledge-base etc.

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in App Operations or related field 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to coordinate different teams to solve complex problems.
• Strong analytical skills, able to understand complex issues, identify the root cause, capable of critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Passion for automation and scripting to streamline repeated processes.
• Process-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the mobile field is a plus.
