Talent Recruitment Intern - Talent Management, Regional People Team

Job Description:

• Identify potential candidates across various local offices, and reach out to the candidates through various channels such as online platforms, social media and campus outreach channels.
• Plan and organise engagement events, such as information sessions, networking events, and webinars to attract potential candidates to apply
• Assist in screening resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers & tracking the application flow
• Involve in enhancing the candidate experience through various touch-points such as being a candidate experience manager with dedicated support for the candidates

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time
• Detail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environment
• Possesses a can-do spirit
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferably, experience in campus recruitment in previous internships.
