Job Description

  • Be responsible for coordinating and participating in Human Resources activities
  • Assist to conduct training need analysis and training programs together with the Training Manager / ATCM (if any) in order to enhance the quality service and to improve the staff performance and efficiency in handling hotel guests
  • Assist to make the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Recruitment, Learning & Development within Hotel that is aligned with the Hotel's goals and strategic plan
  • Assist HRM/HRD in the smooth running of the HR function within the Hotel and ensuring best practice is followed at all times.

Work Experience
  • Fluent in English, strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding and passion for luxury service ability to interact and influence at all employee levels
  • Must be creative and innovative, good organizational skills, hospitality mindset ability to work independently
  • Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software)
  • Experience in related function, operational background and knowledge of hospitality industry or Accor Hearists are preferred.
