Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is in charge of executing the recruitment plans for technology roles and planning the sourcing channels to the built-in talent pool for the current and future use of the company.
Take over and drive the full end-to-end recruitment process for Development teams dedicated to GoodData projects (Developers, Testers, PM, BA, Designers)
Intense day-to-day online sourcing of IT talent
Explore new, creative ways of sourcing talent to optimize success by direct sourcing passive talent, utilizing social media, job boards, advertisement, and networking to develop a qualified candidate slate.
Participate in employee branding activities.
Providing up-to-date recruitment reports & analysis, insights, and advice to management
Requirements
Have at least 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter
Having experience working at Japanese IT companies is an advantage
Have a lot of experience recruiting for middle/senior level positions and above, preferably experience recruiting IT jobs in Japan, and know the labor market in Japan.
There is a large amount of candidate data for senior positions in the IT field such as Senior Dev, PM, Techlead, BrSE, Sales IT, IT Comtor, and Japanese BA.
Understand and use recruitment channels well, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin, Top CV, Vietnamwork, ITviec
Have good communication, negotiation, persuasion, work management, analysis, and evaluation skills.
Good communication in Japanese/Eng is an advantage.
Must be technology savvy and proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
