  • The Job
    You will be responsible for :
    • Actively handle full-cycle of recruitment process, understand the business needs, analyze job order, screen, interview, offer and on boarding for new hires.
    • Support line manager to organize employer branding project in order to attract high volume of candidates
    • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
    • Proactively gain client feedback and understand the vision of the internal clients to improve HR service and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas;
    • Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
    • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
    • Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
    • Proactively building internal talent pools to improve identification of talent for open roles.
    • Developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and acting as a champion for internal mobility across the business.
    • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
    • Make weekly reports and other works as required by line manager.
    The Profile
    • You have at least 3 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet.
    • You ideally possess solid experience in Internal Mobility, Lateral Recruitment and Leadership Hiring.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
    • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You think out of the box and adapt well in a fast-paced & flexible environment
