You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition's team activities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Database build-up & monitoring
Collect CV from SharePoint, email & job site.
Input required data to adapt new template of master file
Centralize candidate evaluation & potential
Manage data on Workday platform
2. Sourcing
Enlarge candidate source via social media channel
Categorize former candidates to re-approach
Manage recruitment landing page
3. Support recruitment process
Conduct phone screen for Engineering, Software & Back Office function
Process the assessment section for staff level candidate
Participate in interview with Talent Acquisition member & hiring team
4. Documentations:
In-charge of meeting minutes
Support in conducting guidelines/policies relating to Talent Acquisition Function
5. Other Tasks required by Talent Acquisition Manager
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
For 4th year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
English skills are equivalent to TOEIC 700
Be able to join at least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
Ability to self-motivate, integrity, trustful, positive thinking and open-minded
Customer-oriented, friendly, patient and high sense of responsibility
Acquiring proven participation in University activities is a plus
