You Will Level-up Through- Participate in full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, selection to onboarding;
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles;
- Grow the talent pool and diversify talent sources to maximize hiring effectiveness;
- Continuously build and measure the position and relationship with talents, to maintain the win-win partnership;
- Perform other recruitment duties as assigned.
What You Need To Get Ready- 3rd or 4th-year students (fresh graduate/non-experience are also welcomed);
- Have interest in Recruitment field & IT Industry;
- Display good proficiency in communication (verbal, non-verbal, written, visual) and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Proactive, organized and highly responsible;
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
