System Engineer - Engineering and Technology

Job Description:

• Analyse business requirements, conduct planning and perform installation of office server and system
• Collaborate with Headquarters IT engineers and Product Management to plan and execute new projects
• Manage Active Directory (AD), Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM), and other relevant IT services
• Manage office server and system maintenance, operation and incident
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information
• Continuously work on optimising existing services and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Strong server and system knowledge with hands-on experience
• Certified with MCSA / RHCSA / VCP or higher is an advantage
• Experienced in Active Directory (AD) or Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) Solution
• May be required to provide on-call support
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
