Directly participate in the management, configuration, and operation of the infrastructure, operating systems, and private cloud systems such as VMware vSphere, Windows server, Unix/Linux.
Implement backup solutions, high availability (HA), and load balancing for server systems.
Install, manage, operate, and monitor the activities of backup and data recovery systems.
Monitor and supervise the activities, performance, and resources of systems, and alert for incidents or abnormal signs via email and SMS.
Perform maintenance, periodic security patch updates, or necessary upgrades for operating systems, foundational applications, and other applications.
Research, experiment, and propose solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and availability of server and storage systems.
Develop operational monitoring processes and regulations to ensure optimal use of system resources.
Participate in building IT service catalogs and service level agreements (SLAs) for provided IT services.
Monitor and handle incidents with management systems, ensuring commitments to operational (OLA) and service (SLA) agreements.
Requirements:
Graduated from universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Academy of Cryptography Techniques, Vietnam National University, or related fields in IT, telecommunications, computer science, and other related majors.
Strong knowledge and experience in deploying, managing, and operating server systems using operating systems like VMware vSphere, Unix/Linux, Windows server, Storage, and backup, Cluster models for server systems.
Experience in building High Availability systems on platforms like Windows, SQLServer, Linux/Unix.
Experience in implementing performance monitoring solutions for systems such as Nagios, Cacti, Zabbix.
Skills in system programming (bash script, PHP, BASH, Perl, Python).
Proactive in security work: updating and optimizing managed systems.
Preferably holds relevant international certifications.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
