Handle tasks related to the work of the Secretary of the Director of Risk Management Division.
Support in developing plans, implementation roadmaps, implementing and coordinating Integrated Risk projects:
Support drafting project documents and project-related documents.
Support approaching partners, evaluating, proposing partner selection and partner management during project implementation (for outsourced projects)
Coordinate the use of tools to coordinate projects, monitor project progress reports.
Propose solutions to handle signs and risks of delays in progress, costs, quality, and project personnel.
Support the implementation of product delivery and project closure according to project management regulations/processes.
Document content related to projects.
Handle administrative work of projects.
Support the management of project implementation Basel, ESG....
Support the implementation of reports, document the content related to Integrated Risk (ICAAP, Risk Appetite, ...)
Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
Job Requirement
University degree or higher in Economics / Finance - Banking / Business Administration or related fields. Priority is given to candidates who graduated from universities abroad or prestigious domestic universities in the Economic Sector.
Requires at least 02-03 years of experience working in the field of Finance - Banking (for Specialist position). Accept candidates with no experience but potential to measure.
Have good knowledge of management Project ideas Priority is given to candidates with experience participating in projects at banks.
Good communication and interaction skills Careful, meticulous, works well under pressure
Good language and writing skills, fluent in Vietnamese and English
