THE POSITION
Stroke Care Program Specialist in HCMC & South
Description:
Stroke Care Program Specialist
  • ANGELS initiative implementation within the allocated hospitals through achievement of related KPIs
  • Focus on executing In-hospital Action Plans by way of ANGELS Consultancy Process as well as to implement off-clinic ANGELS activities for target stakeholders
  • Implementation of ANGELS tools and support identification and development of stroke champions
  • Support implementation of patient education, medication access etc.
  • Adhering to Compliance, Code of Conducts and Policies

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Drive achievement in ANGELS KPIs
  • Define goals and set hospital project plan
  • Relationship management with hospital stakeholders
  • Execute Hospital Project Plans and Activities with excellence
  • Data management and Reporting
  • Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct (COC)

Requirements:
  • Frequent business travel required
  • Government / Disease / Medications knowledge
  • Self-development / learning
  • Strong personal interaction and negotiation skills and team work
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Advanced organization skills across multiple, simultaneous initiatives
  • Result and solution driven
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Pharmacist or Medical Doctor with 3-5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
