This new headcount will work on Design For Test (DFT) tasks for new projects
  • Be responsible for complete DFT solution for ASIC projects.
  • Develop and implement the DFT architecture optimized for test coverage and test time.
  • Perform DFT insertion, generate structural test vectors, analyze and improve test coverage.
  • Perform Gate, and timing back-annotated simulation.
  • Work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon.
  • Work with Design/STA/PnR engineers on logic, timing, power and physical issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of DFT methodology.
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering, or related fields and 3+ years of experiences working on DFT for multi-million-gateASIC/SoC projects. Newly graduated candidate with 7+ GPA is also welcome.
  • Knowledge about industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG and trade-offs between test quality and test time.
  • Knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL, and experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools.
  • Experience in Linus environment and writing/using scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, etc.
  • Good written and oral communicationskills inEnglish.
  • Experience in Synthesis and STA is a plus.
