Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and administer EHS programs and procedures in compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct audits and reviews, recommend corrective actions, and monitor improvement progress.
- Manage contractor safety, permits-to-work, and EHS reporting.
- Continuously review company-wide risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Support local EHS performance reviews, identify trends, and participate in problem-solving activities.
- Ensure all licenses, reports, and documentation are accurate, updated, and compliant with government and corporate requirements.
- Provide EHS training to employees and support Emergency Response Team (ERT) development.
- Support EHS campaigns, communication programs, and internal audits.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Science, major in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of + 2 years of related experience in EHS, prefer experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- English: intermediate
- Certificated safety group 2
- Certificated Safety trainer
- Skill: Risk assessment, training, root cause analysis, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety Observation.
- Well knowledge on EHS programs: fall protection, electrical, chemical, fire protection, LOTO, 5S, Ergonomic, EHS Review, industrial hygiene, environmental protection,…
