We are looking for someone with:
·University degree (Math, Economy, Accounting, Administration…)
·Accuracy, carefulness, trustworthy

Nice to Haves:
·Experience in business analysis
·Experience Insurance Industry
·Bilingual fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
·MS Project proficiency and PC skills particularly MS Office: Excel, Access
On the job you will:
1. Calculate and double check with system about compensation for Agency’s agents and agents of Bancassurance (IS/IO+).
2. Work with IT/BU to build/ enhance system regarding to compensation changes or internal memo concerning agent’s benefit to support payment process.
3. UAT new product commission process and ensure the product commission rate is accuracy.
4. Calculate service fee of policy for agents.
5. Check and adjust commission of replacement cases
6. Others as assigned.
