We are looking for a Solutions Architect, you will own technical design, select technology solutions, and lead the implementation of technical solutions for the bank. You will lead and participate in the construction of system architecture, building, and ensuring architectural standards by business or development requirements of the bank and architectural blueprints.
Responsibilities
Project delivery, implementation, and development requirements:
Own and responsible for technical design solutions/functions and development for application systems and integration decisions.
Work with business partners, domain architects, product owners, engineering leads, and other groups to identify the technical and functional needs of systems.
Ensure adherence to defined development life cycle, well software design practices, and Architectural strategy and intent.
Participate in technology investment projects from the solution research stage, evaluate and propose suitable solutions according to the roadmap, including making scoreboards, and evaluating for technical points of suitable solutions according to standards. technology standards; participate in the appropriate implementation plan.
Consulting and proposing comprehensive solutions based on technology principles and standards.
Enforce company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, and compliance.
Manage and monitor changes related to the solution architecture to ensure the integrity, standardization, and consistency of the technology system.
Analyze, define, and document technical requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and operating system environment.
Participate in the development/setting of technology standards consistent with bank's development goals such as ensuring integration with existing systems, stability, openness according to various advanced technologies, minimizing operational risks, ensuring for current use and future expansionetc.
Participating in the development and improvement of architectural and technological design manuals
Well-versed with the latest technology trends including but not limited to Hybrid Cloud model, microservices, API gateway, and CI/CD stack.
Prior experience designing, implementing, deploying, optimizing, and maintaining critical backend services with tight SLAs, at scale
Experience in working with Java, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, NoSQL datastores (or similar), and cloud-native (k8s) is a bonus.
Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, and the ability to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability.
Qualification and Requirements
Computer Science Graduate
7+ years experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise digital solutions with complex business requirements.
4+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of cloud technologies and platforms.
Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture understanding, including enterprise stack, JAVA spring boot, UI and front-end technologies, mobile applications (Android and iOS), middleware, databases, data warehouses, and core banking solutions.
In-depth knowledge of container technology, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based engineering practices (for example Kubernetes).
Experience with event-based and microservice solutions developed in large cloud computing infrastructures such as Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud, and/or Google Cloud. The ability to build applications using cloud-native services/technologies is a must.
Banking or FinTech experience.
Experience delivering in scrum, agile, and other modern development methodologies.
Experience with complex integrations in hybrid models with non-cloud technologies and third-party vendor products/services.
Microservices reference architecture using Spring boot and apply all Netflix components
Design REST full Open API and secure via JWT/Oauth2
