Top Global Limited (the 'Group') was incorporated on 9 October 1980 and listed on SESDAQ (now known as Catalist) on 21 June 2001. On 24 December 2012, the Group successfully transferred to the Mainboard of SGX-ST. On 16 October 2014, the Group completed the acquisition of a 71.52% equity interest in Indonesia's PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk, which has a rich wealth of experience in Indonesia developing real estate properties, selling land and houses, as well as operating a golf course, country club and hotel. Over the years, Top Global has been involved in numerous Singapore and Indonesia property developments which include residential, township and industrial projects.
Notable projects include The Quinn and The Maisons (R Maison and E Maison) in Singapore, and Rancamaya Golf Estate, Harvest City, Royal Tajur and Royal Balaraja Commercial Park in Indonesia.
Going beyond its Real Estate Development business, Top Global also owns and/or manages several residential, commercial and recreational properties under its Property Management Services.
In its hospitality & leisure business, Top Global is dedicated to provide a one-stop solution to small and mid-sized hospitality businesses with the use of technology to manage and simplify operations.
