Job Description:
  • Research and analyse data to develop a deep understanding of the social seller landscape and trends across relevant channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Track Shopee's performance relative to other players in attracting and growing a strong base of social sellers through surveys and tools.
  • Design and conduct surveys and studies (both internal and external) to gather data and extract insights on key topics
  • Convert analysis and insights into recommendations to enhance existing initiatives or propose new programs/initiatives to drive social seller growth
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to identify relevant and feasible initiatives for implementation
  • Collaborate with the Program Management team to analyse performance of Social Seller Programs and Campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting/Auditing or other related fields
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of work experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in Consulting e-commerce or Analytics
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses, researches
  • Experience building quantitative models with ability to handle large datasets
  • Able to adapt in an agile environment able to put in processes and structure to drive effective execution
  • Advanced usage of MS Excel coding and/or SQL skills a plus
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Able to use English in professional environment
  • Have interest in the e-commerce industry
