Content Planning & Creating / Hoch nh v sng to ni dung:

  • Understand the life insurance industry nature and meaning in family context i.e. life insurance's target audience, understand the insight of target audience and having a strong sense of content trend in the social to develop different content ideas (from story to implementation format of story) to serve different purposes (branding, product need story, recruitment story etc..)
  • Develop the content plan based on the content idea on social (for both owned & paid channels i.e. FBFP, ITG, YT, Zalo, influencer's KOL's channels, community/ hotpage etc)
  • Be able to explain the idea into diversified content angles and formats which are suitable with different target segments and always seek for new way of executing the content to keep it refresh in digital & social world/
  • Together with creative lead, drive the creation of original concepts or totally new idea that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand essence/

Content Implementation management/ Sn xut v thc hin ni dng:
  • Based on the idea and the content strategy for specific channels, cascade and ensure the content delivery team understand the idea correctly/
  • Ensure all the implemented detailed contents answer the given content pillars and angles with content delivery team lead /

Job Requirements
Experience/ Kinh nghim
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar role in agency or client side is required/
  • Experience in social content planning and development/

Knowledge and skill/ Kin thc v k nng
  • Strategic mindset on content creating, not just as executional piece of content/
  • Be able to catch and adapt new social trend into the relevant projects/ requirements/ Kh nng nm bt v p dng xu hng x hi mt cch sng to v thit thc n cc d n/ yu cu lin quan
  • Excellent writing skill (meaningful story with strong insight and relevant information and logic of story i.e reasonable and common sense), having different language styles that appeal to different segment of target audience with various messages which is clear, concise, rational, convincing, coherency, strongly inspirational, positively emotional, call-to-action/
  • Good presentation skill and confidence to explain idea, concept/
  • Open to receive feedback and willing to learn and improve/
  • Creativeness and understanding and having good expose of different stories, contents/
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work to deadlines to cope with several projects at a time/
  • Experience and knowledge in Life Insurance market is a plus/
  • Experience in social content planning/
