As a social and compliance manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company meets its social responsibility commitments and complies with industry regulations and standards. This is a challenging yet rewarding position for someone passionate about promoting ethical practices and maintaining a sustainable supply chain.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social responsibility and compliance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to social and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance across all aspects of the business
Monitor and evaluate suppliers, ensuring they meet social and compliance requirements
Stay up-to-date with local and international regulations and industry best practices
Train and educate employees on social responsibility and compliance practices
Handle any issues or complaints related to social responsibility and compliance
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
Proven experience in social responsibility and compliance management within the textiles industry
Strong knowledge of local and international social responsibility and compliance regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical ability
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
