Job Description



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meeting with internal stakeholders and determining their needs and requirements.
  • Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
  • Conducts site and construction inspections gathering information, and compiling reports for management.
  • Be able to provide assistance and expertise in engineering solutions to site and HQ, and adjustingdesigns and plans to suit site condition and client's needs.
  • Assist to review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents and presentingproject proposals.
  • Supervise the geotechnical and foundation work on site, which are inclusive of reclamation,backfilling of platform.
  • Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
  • Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
  • Visiting building work sites to ensure work is being done according to construction drawing.
  • Working with the project team, Project Director, and consultant as part of the Team.
  • Detail-oriented, quality conscious, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
  • Ability to set and deliver goals.

Qualification
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in public or privatereal estate development, design, or construction-related industry.
  • Previous experience as civil engineer with geotechnics knowledge is preferred.
  • Able to travel to project sites and HQ where needed.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Strong creative, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, Sketchup or 3D max, graphics, etc.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Be highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
