Job Description:
  • Responsible for the developing, implementing and monitoring process and procedures to prevent fraudulent activities of the company.
  • Lead cross-functional/ regional initiatives to detect and prevent fraud from occurringproactively.
  • Frequent analysing of data and transactions across the organisation with the intention to detect fraud or behaviors that may lead towards abuse of company assets.
  • Lead any forensic accounting requirements as it may relate to any cases or potential cases.
  • Build end to end frameworks for fraud monitoring, fraud profiling, fraud alert process, investigative procedures, and escalation process.
  • Lead investigations of cases that arise or may arise, including interviews.
  • Undertake review and implement Enterprise Risk Management for the company.
  • Undertake tasks and projects as assigned and aligned by HODs.
  • Work with external authorities should it require.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field or accreditations
  • At least 5 years of experience in Fraud / Business risk fields with similar platforms or similar mass transaction environments.
  • Proven record in this area of Fraud Management.
  • At least 3 years team management experience.
  • Experience in working with Regional and cross functional teams in project management.
  • Experience in working with and at ground operations.
  • Excellence in reporting & data analytics, forensic analytics, etc.
  • Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude
  • Show dedication and ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Vietnamese)
  • Self-motivated, as well as the ability to work in a big team environment, autonomously.
  • Possess an enormous degree of integrity and confidentiality in character.
