Job description:
  • Manage KAM Program (Key Account Management) to target top-order livestream sellers or specific groups of sellers on Shopee Live and Shopee Feed to drive retention.
  • Communicating one-on-one with top sellers to build relationships, invite sellers to join KAM programs, support seller performance by educating and activation.
  • Keep track of seller performance and have solutions to achieve the target.
  • Proactively finding out seller insight, effective seller approaching channels to increase the efficiency of ongoing projects.
  • Contributing idea, planning and following up activities for Marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze, monitor performance of livestream sellers and generate regular reports.
  • Working closely with a diverse team of marketers, designers and business developers in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks.

  • Graduated from University (e.g. Marketing or Business background is preferred) with at least 1 years working experience in marketing activities targeting online sellers.
  • Having counseling & dealing skills 1 on 1 via call, chat, email.
  • Having KAM or BD E-commerce experience is preferable.
  • Having Online Sellers insight / experiencing in-sale livestreaming is a high plus.
  • Good at analyzing / processing / reading data; Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word).
  • Have Marketing and Analysis skills for effective planning.
  • Critical thinking, open-minded, willing to learn, proactive, diligent, responsible, hard working.
  • Able to work in a fast-pace working environment under tight deadline.
  • Be familiar with e-commerce, especially with Shopee.
  • Be familiar with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Google Drives….
  • Ability to use Photoshop, Picture/Video Editing Soft-wares is a plus.
