Job Description:
  • Work with relevant teams (Product Management, Business Development, Risk & Fraud, etc) to define and optimize Operational SOP for credit business
  • Oversee oversee a team in charge of credit operations for credit products including but not limited to:
  • Coordinate with internal teams & external partners to solve tickets daily
  • Check and return final results of pending transactions (payment/repayment, etc.)
  • Monitor real time banks transactions and identify errors
  • Identify, alert related stakeholders and deal with issues related to operating/ system errors to take immediate action in case there is any issue that may affect our user experience
  • Get updates about new features platforms and current issues
  • Identify bugs in app and system, and report to related departments (Product Management, Developer, etc.) for investigation and follow up until the issue is fixed
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze problems find out the root causes and propose solutions that effectively recover Customer Experience.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with stakeholders to regularly update and understand the working process/ new program/ new information, and provide feedback that ensures a holistic approach to user experience, in order to prevent bad experience for customers


Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of work experience with at least 1-2 years experience in a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech) in operation or customer experience roles
  • Preferred background in Finance/Banking
  • Have knowledges/experiences in credit & banking, transactions & orders processing
  • Ability to work under pressure, analyze problems and propose solutions
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
  • Proficiency communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region
