Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Wine Shop Employee to join our team. This role combines customer service and shop sales with administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be Vietnamese, passionate about wine, enjoy engaging with people, and communicate fluently in English.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers, offering tailored wine recommendations.
• Share knowledge about wine origins, grape varieties, and food pairings.
• Handle in-store sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in organizing and hosting wine tastings and events.
• Ensure shop displays are well-presented and stocked.
• Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

Shop Operations

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Receive and store deliveries properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop and storage areas.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for deliveries.
• Support the accounting team with simple data entry when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English (essential), both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, (wine industry experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) software is a plus.
• Interest in wine and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
