Service Delivery Manager

Company: Recruitdev's Client

Salary Range: Up to USD3700 net

Working type: Onsite

Working Location: D3, HCMC

Interview Process: 2 rounds interview: first one with the company, second round with client (100% in English)

Job Description:

Play a vital role in enhancing the user experience by ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets and exceeds the expectations of both customers and stakeholders. Utilize your leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role.

Monitor and manage support, IT service desk, and support functions to optimize service

Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvements

Deal with critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and facilitate post-incident reviews

Establish systems, procedures, and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery

Maintain excellent relationships with resources and stakeholders. Identify customer issues and needs

Track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Hire resources, evaluate the technical, soft skill knowledge and culture fit

Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard staff

Assess team members skills and align them with service/ team needs

Project management (Appdev team / iDevCare framework applications)

Stakeholder reporting

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar area of study is typically desired.

Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.

Expertise in IT service delivery management.

Technical experience and prior experience managing technical teams.

Ability to manage and lead teams

Strong understanding of service delivery processes and procedures

Excellent leadership and customer management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Good resource planning skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
