  • Participate in hiring for various IT positions such as Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Project Managers, Data Engineers, and other technology-related roles based on company and project demands.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gather recruitment requirements, analyze job descriptions, and build suitable hiring plans for each position.
  • Proactively source and expand candidate pipelines through channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TopCV, IT communities, networking, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, mindset, and career orientation.
  • Manage and monitor the candidate pipeline to ensure recruitment progress and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, support offer negotiation, and accompany candidates during the onboarding process.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports including hiring performance, pipeline status, sourcing channels, hiring conversion rates, and related recruitment metrics.
  • Propose solutions to optimize recruitment processes, improve hiring efficiency, and enhance candidate quality.
  • Participate in building and developing Employer Branding activities across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Collaborate in creating recruitment content and storytelling about the working environment, company culture, and employer image to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Support mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing for Junior/Fresher team members; participate in leading recruitment campaigns when required.
  • Build and maintain talent networks within the IT industry while staying updated on recruitment market trends and technology talent movements.

Responsibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
  • At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT recruitment, Software Outsourcing, or Product companies.
  • Strong capability in hiring across multiple seniority levels, from Fresher to Senior/Lead positions.
  • Ability to mentor, train, and support the development of team members.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and recruitment data management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and handle challenging hiring demands.
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to achieving recruitment targets.
  • English proficiency is preferred, especially for reading and communication in a professional working environment.
